1. Our Service

RotaBuddy is a web-based application designed to help small café and shop owners manage staff rotas. The service allows managers to add staff, create weekly shift schedules on a digital grid, and share read-only links with staff members to view their shifts.

2. Pricing and Payment

RotaBuddy is offered as a subscription service. New users are entitled to a 14-day free trial. Following the trial period, the service costs £6.00 per month. Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly fee until you cancel your subscription.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your RotaBuddy subscription at any time. To cancel, please use the subscription management link provided in your welcome or billing emails. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the service until that time. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RotaBuddy only for its intended purpose of managing staff rotas for your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you input and for ensuring you have the necessary permissions to share staff shift information with your employees.

5. Liability

RotaBuddy is provided "as is" to assist with staff scheduling. While we strive for reliability, we are not liable for any business losses, scheduling errors, or communication issues that may arise from the use of the application. You remain responsible for your own staffing and business operations.
